It's with great pride and nervousness that we are finally a launched business. After months deliberating on the risks, investment needed, branding and overall how we would even get the creative done, the day of our launch is finally here!
Our initial product offering took about 4 months to design and develop. We worked with some of the most kick ass young talent in the industry and provided just enough creative direction for them to crush it. Our brand is all about speaking to the personalities and attitudes of both sexes. Whether your a badass biker who is ex military or a stay at home mom who is tired of dealing with people at the grocery store. This brand is defined by sharing your personality with the world.
After all the designs were done we spent about a month vetting printers. We learned the dangers of piss poor overseas print shops who do DTG and print on shirts that come apart before you put them on. We got prototypes of shirts from all over the world and most were complete garbage. in the end we chose a great US based printer that produced a high quality screen printed shirt with high color that matched our designs. They helped us learn some of the differences in apparel materials and feel and manufacturers. We wanted our brand to feel fantastic when you wear it and if it costs a bit more, and eats a bit of profit, so be it. You need to have a piece you want to wear more than once.
And finally we spent about a month after I left my job at an advertising agency building our ecommerce solution to sell online and deliver our brand message. Here we are. What you see is the culmination of an idea we had years ago that was ready to bring to market. Stay tuned as we have some fun and get our customers involved in this journey.
